Tom ScholzOur Centered on You moment recognizes a member of our agronomy team. One of NCC’s core values is to operate with a level of honesty and integrity that is beyond reproach. This fall, Tom Scholz, operations manager at Francesville, acted with extreme honesty and integrity on behalf of NCC. A supplier had made a billing mistake on an invoice. Tom noticed the invoice amount was significantly below the negotiated amount, a difference of $30,000. Tom notified the supplier immediately to correct the discrepancy. Tom could have ignored the price discount, which would have favored NCC but Tom did the right thing and was honest. This display of honesty and integrity is what makes NCC a trusted partner who builds trusting relationship with our suppliers.
